Every time I watch this movie I keep thinking of the dog changes colors throughout the movie I think it’s well it looks like a collie with pricked ears and I think it’s a reddish sable color and then the next minute it looks like they covered it in with black mud or something I don’t know but it makes me laugh…I raise Collies so I notice ❤
The dog was definitely a Collie- a very famous one, Lassie! It was either the second or third Lassie. They had to keep dyeing his coat black. He was a great actor!
